Medical Training

MTT is targeted training with equipment. 

The training serves to eliminate deficits in strength, endurance, coordination and mobility. An individual training plan is essential for an optimal healing process. The aim is for the patient/athlete to quickly be able to carry out the equipment-based training on their own. 

AREAS OF APPLICATION:

  • Rehabilitation for sports injuries
  • Treatment of complaints and pain of the musculoskeletal system
  • Post-operative (joint replacement, back surgery...)

Exercise training

STEP 04

In the final phase, we focus on sport- and job-specific training to prepare you specifically for your individual requirements.
We use tailored exercises to boost your performance so that you can perform at your best in sport and at work.

Functional training

STEP 03

This phase helps to improve the body's ability to react quickly and skillfully to different situations. By training demanding movements, we prepare the body to function better in everyday life and sport.

Stabilization training

STEP 02

In phase 2, the focus is on making the body more stable while continuing to work on endurance and strength. This makes the body more resilient, which helps it to cope better in everyday life and reduce the risk of injury in the future

Mobilisation

Through targeted training in this phase, we lay the foundation for safe and effective rehabilitation by improving muscular stability and endurance to prevent injuries and optimize freedom of movement.

Functional Training

Because you benefit much more from training that is clearly related to your everyday life, your professional activity or your sport than from a standardized exercise from a textbook. That's why we always adapt our functional training to your situation and your individual needs.

Functional training is at the core of our entire philosophy. The aim is to ensure that all our approaches are as practical and relevant to everyday life as possible.

If you observe normal movements in sport and everyday life, it becomes clear that none of them are limited to just one joint. So instead of training specific muscle groups in isolation, an effective and sustainable concept is characterized by the fact that the entire context is included. Not only will you achieve faster results, you will also enjoy a varied and much more motivating workout. 

In contrast to traditional strength training, which often involves a large proportion of exercises on equipment, we train complex movement sequences with you in order to work several joints and muscle groups simultaneously. 

ENDURANCE TRAINING

Endurance is the basis of all fitness training. Particular attention should therefore be paid to its development, both from a health perspective and for performance reasons.

People with a well-developed endurance capacity are therefore not only more resilient, but also recover much more quickly. In this context, it should be mentioned that the choice of endurance sport (e.g. running, cycling, swimming, cross-country skiing, mountain hiking, roller skating, etc.) only plays a secondary role.

The numerous positive effects of endurance training on the body (especially on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the nervous system and the metabolism) are well known. Properly applied endurance training can replace many a drug.

Endurance is the foundation of all fitness. Therefore, the development of a solid endurance base should be given the highest priority. Properly performed endurance training not only leads to numerous positive adaptive reactions of the organism, but also increases "trainability".
