This type of training boosts your metabolism so much that your body burns calories at a higher rate 48 to 72 hours later. HIIT also reduces your insulin resistance and improves your heart function. This increases your endurance more quickly, providing you with an effective way to build muscle quickly.

The program consists of alternating work and recovery phases. The intensive work phases are performed at 80 to 95 percent of your estimated maximum heart rate, while the recovery phases are performed at a rate of 40 to 50 percent. 

HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, i.e. short, intensive physical exercises in intervals that are paired with quick breaks. 

HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

And this is not necessarily associated with massive muscle growth. Untrained people in particular achieve very quick results by training inter- and intramuscular coordination.

In plain language, this means that the individual muscle fibers and muscle groups involved in a movement work better together and develop maximum strength at the right moment. This results in optimization processes in the brain that enable better coordination of movement and lead to a significant increase in performance, particularly in the first six weeks of the training programme.

Speed is required in almost all sports. Whether it's team sports, backstroke games, martial arts, technical throwing disciplines in athletics or sprinting, improving your speed is a great advantage for all athletes.

FAST STRENGTH TRAINING

To do this, we divide a sport into individual segments, which we then train with you specifically in series of exercises to refine your movement patterns and improve your playing ability. The training takes place using the relevant sports equipment (racket, ball) and in a realistic environment for your sport, for example on a tennis court or football pitch.

Thanks to years of experience in sports medicine and functional physiotherapy, our professionals can train specific movement sequences with you in this form of exercise, such as the backhand slice in tennis.

SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING

In addition to the app, our home program includes digital training planning, video instructions and a comprehensive library with several thousand photos and videos to help you perform your exercises correctly. Throughout the course of your rehabilitation, we constantly adapt the training to your needs. 

Based on the treatment you have received in advance, we will put together an individual program for you that you can complete anywhere using your own training app on your smartphone, tablet, PC or in printed form.
